I began my professional journey as a Human Resource Specialist for NEXA Lending, where I gained valuable experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and organizational development. This role helped me build strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of company culture, and expertise in managing people and processes.
Over time, I was selected to be a part of NEXA’s IT support. It helped me leverage my problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude to assist with troubleshooting, software, and hardware issues. In this role, I can now handle a variety of technical challenges, ensuring systems run smoothly, and helping users resolve IT-related problems. My background in HR might also provide an edge in IT support by enhancing communication skills, and ability to work with diverse teams.
